Every great listing starts with the space you already have. Whether it’s a garage, spare room, shed, driveway, workshop or commercial storage area, creating your listing is quick and straightforward. Add photos, describe your space, choose what it’s suitable for and set the rules that work for you.
You’ll also be able to include helpful information such as:
- Upload photos of your space
- Set your availability
- Choose a suitable category
- Add access hours
- Include security features
- Publish your listing
Accept Bookings
Once your listing is live, renters can browse your space and submit booking requests through Cornerspace. You’re always in control of who books your space, with all communication taking place securely through the platform before arrangements are confirmed.
As a host, you can:
- Review booking requests
- Chat securely through Cornerspace
- Answer questions
- Confirm booking details
- Arrange access
- Manage your availability
Earn Money
After a booking is confirmed, payments are handled through the Cornerspace platform to help make the process straightforward for everyone. Funds are collected before the booking begins and released once the booking has been confirmed, giving both hosts and renters added confidence throughout the process.
