Cornerspace is an online storage marketplace helping Kiwis maximize their existing space. Whether you have a spare shed, empty garage, driveway, or parking spot, we make it simple for neighbours, businesses, and communities to connect. It’s an easy way to earn extra cash while helping each other out.
Our Story
We’re a couple of everyday Kiwis who had a simple dream: to create something that genuinely helps fellow New Zealanders during tough economic times. While we both have careers we love, we felt there was an opportunity to build something meaningful that could help people create a little extra cash flow, make better use of what they already have, and make life just that little bit easier. At the heart of everything we do is a belief in keeping things real, supporting our community, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.
When we’re not working on Cornerspace, you’ll usually find us enjoying the things that matter most: family, road trips, fishing, bike rides, good food, our furry family members and making the most of the great Kiwi lifestyle. We believe life is complicated enough without adding unnecessary hurdles, and that’s the philosophy behind Cornerspace. What began as a simple Sunday conversation has grown into a platform built on community, trust and the idea that every spare corner has the potential to help someone else.

Founder
Jason enjoys turning ideas into action and believes the best solutions are often the simplest ones. Driven by a genuine desire to help others and create new opportunities, he co-founded Cornerspace to make sharing space easier.
Jules
Founder
Jules is passionate about bringing people together and finding practical ways to solve everyday problems. With a strong belief in community, trust and keeping life simple, she helped shape Cornerspace into a platform that supports fellow New Zealanders.
Baxter
Digital Wizard
Meet Baxter, our resident digital wizard. He’s the ultimate listener, taking in every detail and quietly processing complex problems. Baxter has found his perfect space amongst the pot plants, where he loves listening to 80’s music.
Indy
Head of Security
Indy is committed to ensuring our workplace stays safe and secure, mostly by keeping a watchful eye out for the postie, incoming couriers, Gary the robotic vacuum, and any possums that dare come too close to the property. Loves naps, walks and snacks.
